Our highly skilled workers trace’s the pattern onto the item, The tube lining is then applied, it is then is placed back in the kiln and fired again at 800C

What is Tube lining; it's a technique of ceramic decoration. It involves squeezing a thin line of clay body through a nozzle onto the ware being decorated. A bit like icing a cake

Once the pot has cooled the pot is then hand painted by skilled craftsmen then left to dry, once dried a gloss glaze is applied and the pot is fired this time at 1100*C

The last process: the pot then has to pass its final quality control inspection, and only then does it get boxed ready for sale
