As a small business, we have decided to charge for delivery, Why when everyone is offering free delivery, rather than adding these costs to the item, you get the best possible price, if we give you free delivery would have factored delivery into every item, free delivery never means free delivery, e.g. if you bought 3 items with free delivery you would be paying 3 lots of delivery, with us you get the lowest price, and are only one charged for postage once (Some exceptions apply)

Shipping Rates

Standard UK Tracked 48 Per Order is £3.95

This includes delivery to the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and BFPOs (Does not include deliveries on weekends or Bank Holidays Please allow for recent postal strikes and busy periods)

Evri Tracked is £3.95

In some instances if the parcel is in a different warehouse we will have to use evri, we are working to send everything from one warehouse and via royal mail, but in the meantime we have to use everi now and again

Next Working Day - England & Wales only

Via either APC/UPS/EVRI with a cost to you at £7.95

Applies to England & Wales only (Does not include deliveries on weekends or Bank Holidays, orders placed on Friday after 10am will arrive the following Monday)

Please leave a mobile phone number so the courier in some instances can give you a time slot.

For delivery to the Highlands and Islands , Channel Islands and BFPOs

Please ring for a price, we will only charge you what we have to pay ourselves & they only apply to Evri or heavy parcels over 2kg

What Happens If I’m not at a home when delivery attempt is made?

For Royal mail

If you are not at home, the driver will either put the parcel in a secure place and post a card advising you where they have left it, they might even leave it with a neighbour which I find is very popular with Royal Mail. you can either go online at www.royalmail.com/receiving- mail/redelivery & arrange a redelivery or ring your local sorting office quoting your tracking number/card number.

Evri Courrier

Same again they will leave a card but rather than ring them they will attempt to redeliver the following working day, if you have not received your parcel within 1-3 working days, please let us know so we can chase the courier for you.

Delivery to a different address or gift recipient

If it is more convenient for you we can arrange deliver to your work address/family/neighbour, please specify the different delivery address at checkout. If you missed that you can always give us a call on 01691 831216 before 10 am the following morning.

I don’t want an invoice in my order it’s for a gift

We never add an invoice in your order as most are for gifts, should you require an invoice you can print it out at time of ordering or going back to your account, we can also add your personal message if it’s for a gift.

We will send an order confirmation to your email address

Deliveries to multiple addresses

If you would like to have items sent to multiple addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be applied to each address.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 24-48 hours e.g orders placed before 10am are posted same day Orders after 10am are posted following day

Next day Delivery

Monday to Wednesday Next Day, if and order is placed before 10am on a Thursday it will be delivered on Friday, Thursday anything after 10am will arrive following Monday, Friday any orders Delivered the following Monday, orders over the weekend will be posted Monday and delivered next day.

Our pre order items are normally posted within 7-14 working days

Packing our parcels we are as Green as possible

We do our uppermost to be as green as we can. We do recycle every box we use, we try not to use bubble wrap & only in exceptional circumstances where we have to. Our resin animals are in in polystyrene and the company are working as we speak to lower the carbon footprint of this, so for the moment we have to use this form of packaging to get your product to you in one piece.

Item Arrives Damaged

All items leave our warehouse in perfect condition in the very odd case where something has been damaged in transit.

Email myself on jean@ukgiftsonline.co.uk, What I need to know is, the type of damage, a photo of the damage, along with a photo of the delivery postage label.

This needs to be done within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, we will then advise if the item needs to be returned back to us, and issue a free of charge returns label if it does We will exchange or refund any faulty goods at our expense provided they have not been damaged through misuse. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning an unwanted item

We hope you are pleased with your order. But if anything, you have ordered does not live up to your expectations, please return within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the item is packed to arrive back to us in resaleable condition under no circumstances are address label’written on marker pen on item box, it will not be accepted & Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, return postage will be at your cost, we can arrange this for you and deduct it from your refund. It is important that the goods are returned in the best possible condition so please pack them appropriately using all packaging we posted to you in Garden Creations animals must be returned with the polystyrene not damaged or broken or marker pen on the white box.

Email jean on jean@ukgiftsonline who will advise what warehouse to return the item back to, and how the items should be returned.

Any returned products must be in new and unused/open condition and in original packing and along with any packaging box we have used to post to you, the returns postage label only on the box only, please do not write on the box using a marker pen, we might in some instances be able to resell as a new not used condition.

Personalised items

We are sorry but personalised items, food and self-assembly furniture (once partly or wholly assembled) cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.

Earrings may only be returned if the seal is unbroken (unless faulty).


We will process your refund within 14 days of the goods being returned to us, and will email you to advise once processed.

I’m Jean and this is my story.

I started out as gift buyer for a large department store, & after taking time off to have a family, I decided to start my own business working from home, when I started the internet had only just started to get popular.

Our specialties have always been Old Tupton Ware (tube lined pottery) along with Redwood fine bone china, also adding to our collection’s are garden creations resin animals, who has one of the best resin figures on the market today, & I’m always adding more to our collections over the years.
